Top Free-to-Play iOS Games in Romania Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, the top free-to-play games on the iOS platform in Romania showcased varying trends in downloads, revenue, and active user engagement, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Coin Master from Moon Active experienced a gradual decline in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $132K and dropping to around $90K by the end of March. Downloads showed a downward trend, beginning at 3.7K and closing the quarter at 2.3K. However, weekly active users peaked at 25.1K in early March before falling to 19.1K.

Tencent Mobile International Limited's PUBG MOBILE saw a notable increase in revenue, ending the quarter at $108K from a starting point of $56K. Downloads were steady, albeit slightly declining, from 4.3K to 2.7K, while active users fluctuated, ending at 33.8K.

King's Candy Crush Saga had a consistent revenue stream with a slight peak at $44K towards the end of March. Downloads decreased significantly from 3.9K to 690, while active users remained stable, averaging around 27K.

Roblox Corporation's Roblox experienced fluctuations in revenue, dropping from $55K to just over $1K by the end of the quarter. Downloads also decreased from 8.6K to 4K, while the active user base hovered around 217K.

Finally, Whiteout Survival by Century Games Pte. Ltd. saw a peak in revenue at $38K in early March, with downloads declining from 4.4K to 3.1K. Active users showed a slight recovery, ending the quarter at 11K.
